RAIPL executed the HDPE Fuel Pipe Installation Gurgaon project at Manraj Fuels, Sector 91, covering installation of a 63 mm multilayer underground fuel piping system with electrofusion jointing and testing.
The project covered the underground fuel pipeline network connecting storage tanks with dispensing points. The installed system was inspected and tested to verify joint integrity and pipeline performance prior to commissioning.
The scope included installation of the 63 mm HDPE pipeline and associated fittings as per site requirements and the approved piping layout.
Major activities included:
The Joint Measurement Record documents 152 m of 63 mm HDPE pipe, 12 tees, 29 couplers, 26 flanges and 26 flange adaptors as part of the executed work.
The project was completed with documented installation, inspection and testing of the underground HDPE fuel piping network.
