Overview

The RAIPL 20-315 mm Electrofusion Machine is a portable welding control unit designed for joining compatible polyethylene fuel and gas pipes and electrofusion fittings. It supports the installation of RAI underground fuel and gas piping systems by providing controlled, repeatable and traceable fusion cycles.

The machine can automatically read fitting parameters through its barcode scanner or accept manual voltage and welding-time inputs. Automatic temperature compensation, monitored welding cycles and digital report storage help improve installation consistency and site documentation.

The verified machine specification includes an 8–48 V welding range, barcode scanner, monitored welding cycle, automatic temperature compensation and storage for 500 welding records.
