Project Overview

RAIPL executed the HDPE Fuel Pipe Installation Ghaziabad project at [HMEL], Madhuban Filling Station, covering the installation of [underground fuel piping](your existing link), pipe preparation, routing, electrofusion jointing and testing of multiple petroleum product, fill, vent and vapour-recovery lines.

Scope Work

The project involved complete on-site execution of the underground HDPE fuel piping network, including:

  • HDPE pipe cutting and surface scraping
  • Positioning and alignment of pipes within prepared trenches
  • Placement of pipes on the prepared sand bed
  • Installation of HDPE fittings
  • Electrofusion welding of pipes and fittings
  • Scanning and controlled initialization of electrofusion joints
  • Verification of successful electrofusion through fitting indicators
  • Installation and locking of end fittings
  • Routing of underground product, fill, vent and VRS lines
  • Pneumatic testing of individual pipeline circuits
  • Final inspection and testing documentation

The project documentation visually records the complete sequence from pipe preparation and electrofusion through final pipeline layout and pneumatic testing.
